Photography: True Art?.
56A Sample of Good Christian Photography
... A Gift from God
Any and all Art deals with the basic fundamental called Creation ; a God-given Gift bestowed on mankind at Creation through God's creative design.
What truly makes it art is its design and/ or purpose. If it is photography for photography's sake, it's probably not art. At least not on purpose.
If, like my wife, you spent a long time getting the right angle and lighting to make the most beautiful piece of art she was capable of, then to her, and anyone who sees it, it is Art. (NOTE: The Photo to the Right.) And, yes, it was "Photo Shopped" in.
The Apostle Paul says, in Colossians, "do all things as [if you are doing them] unto God". When we do our Art for God, it will always be Good and True Art. Or so I, a writer, believe!

Photography is a craft and/or an art form.It depends of the skills and the vision of the photographer, which apparently your wife has.
